Photo upload troubleshooting

If your photo is not uploading it may be because it is not the correct format. 

What media formats can be uploaded? 
Acceptable image formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP files  
 
With a minimum pixel size of 400x400 and maximum size of 7 MB.

Please ensure your photo meets these requirements before uploading it again.
