How do I Pin or Unpin a conversation to the top of the Inbox?
To Pin a conversation or multiple conversations to the top of your Inbox click on the 3 dots next to the conversation you wish to pin and select ‘Pin’ from the drop-down menu.
To Unpin click on the 3 dots again and select ‘Unpin.’
